About Us

Yuri Unno

PRINCIPAL | WASHINGTON, D.C.

I have spent over three decades in Washington, D.C. After earning a master’s degree from The George Washington University, I joined the G7 Group before moving to Toyota Motor North America's Washington office, where I served for 25 years in government affairs.

Throughout my career, I have focused primarily on trade policy, engaging with the U.S. executive branch and Congress while helping businesses navigate an increasingly complex policy environment.

Today, I serve as a Visiting Fellow at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS). Based in Washington, D.C., I advise Japanese corporations and government agencies on U.S. policy developments, government relations strategies, and the broader political landscape shaping business decisions.
